Company History

Although the name Integrity and the company Integrity Financial Solutions Pty Ltd are recent additions (November 2003 and May 2005), the company has grown out of a long history as an accounting practice in Brisbane.

We have clients who have been with the business for more than 25 years.

Recent History
In May 2005, Integrity Financial Solutions Pty Ltd was formed as a partnership between two Chartered Accountants, Denise Gibbons and Mark Stewart.

This partnership was forged because of the continued growth in the accounting practice of Denise Gibbons who had been operating as Integrity Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors since November 2003.

Denise had been the owner and operator of the practice since November 1992.

During the period from 1992 to 2005, Denise has drawn together a group of likeminded people as team members. Strategic alliances have been forged with Financial Planners and Superannuation Specialists to support a wide range of financial services to meet the firm’s clients' needs.

Further History
Prior to 1992, the firm was owned by a partnership between Warwick King and Denise Gibbons.

Sadly Warwick King passed away in November 1992. He had operated the business from the late 1970’s and had moved it to Clayfield in 1986. Warwick was well known in the Brisbane business community and had been the General Manager of Repco for many years prior to commencing his accounting practice.
